Let's put the hostilities aside, we all find some merit in each others posts, as well as inconsistency etc. I've been guilty as well, and apologise.

Looks like oil and base metals are stabilising, we might yet get our shirts back.

In comparative terms to it's peers, I"d say IPM has lost the bulk of it's discount, but wouldn't say sp is lofty. I do see one or two other resource stocks as a better bargain right now, but with IPM still in play, and on a good yield, and most of the market irrationality perhaps behind us, I don't see the downside risk as bad as others - perhaps because I am prepared to retain what I have retained for the long haul and ride any dips (but wasn't with all I had).
