The reports led readers to believe there would be a report on the scoping study and the Toral Eren partnership during the final calendar quarter of 2021.
The April date is just the last month before Total Etren must confirm it is continuing the partnership. As far as I am concerned, PRL has missed deadlines which resources companies do a lot of the time to the detriment of the share price. Shareholders often let them off the hook by saying they did not really say that.
PRL should have this motto stuck to the office fridge: "Say what you mean and mean what you say".
