hey taboon, long time no speak from me!
As cliche' as it sounds, eventually this company will get taken over with new management or not...it is a great resource, even if the management couldnt tie there own shoe laces. The resource is still in the ground and i have been sitting on this one for years now so what is a few more :-)
Having said that, sacking management would certainly be a breath of fresh air!
