A history of good capital management to date has seen a pretty modest amount of shares on current issue.

I am not so sure about a lack of options for finance ... who says there are not other interested parties keen on Gazonor CMM? Given the extent of coal wokings in the area, there is real scope to ramp up CMM production ... particularly with compression facilities ... I also think they might now be less market constrained these days as there are less restrictions on supplying to the existing grid?

Still leaves the rights to Gazonor CBM to EPG.
