I would think 8-15% of retail would be an approx cost. AOD is very expensive. But needs very little to be effective. I think the Calzada cut was in low single %. I have based this on some info my brother gave me who has had involment in such industry before. But I would welcome feedback from people such as Dougal.

But its a pretty good return, dont you think Dhukka? Of course it all depends on volumes now. But repeat business wont be a problem.

Thats why I keep mentioning total outlets. I estimate 2000 outlets or equivilent in OZ alone. 2000 x 2 tubes per week x 52 weeks x $40 to POH = $8,320,000 as my base target. Thats only 17,000 monthly repeat customers. The upside is huge and add in worldwide.
