that's why u have to learn from an expert/mentor and follow his advice to a t and don't deviate.
someone once told me once it's much like playing Simple Simon Says...relating it to any craft/path to achieving
If u follow the same strategy that have been passed down to u u will get the same results
As soon as you decide to make adjustments....u will get diff results.......usually worse
