Most likely it will be a mix, grants, debt and some dilution from US investors - not here via Us listing or partnership arrangment's with key parties. Have crunched the numbers over and over and it doesn't really matter which way they go. If they spend 70mill it is to build processing capacity in the US with so much capex per ton. But at the projected 400+ thousand tons of capacity at EBITDA of $237 a ton.......well do the math :-)
its not like they are raising 70mill for office running costs.
