I very much doubt that there ever was any kind of a deal on the table, but if there was, I wish they had grabbed it with both hands.
The best thing for PAR in my opinion would be for PR to stand aside from his role, stop drawing a salary, commit to not voting his shares, and hand over the day-to-day running of the business to this guy Scott (if he’d take the job).
Credit to PR for getting the company off the ground, but I can’t see that him adding any more value than he already has.
