This is the best thing management has done. Those who sold out today were counting on shang to make a take over offer, they were expecting Gaz to sell their whole stake in 1 day. Obviously Shang thought to get away with it, but gaz was always going to sell. My prediction is for Shang to come back in next 3 months with revised offer. Those institutions who brought the gaz stake can smeel an easy profit.
