Squizz I respectfully disagree. 90% of the Latitude deal was scrip and this really disturbs me for two reasons: 1. LFS has absolutely crapped the bed since the deal was on the table. Between the cyber incident and the ASIC misadvertising fiasco if the LFS share was free-floating it would have absolutely nose-dived to unprecedented degrees. 2. The owners of LFS want out and getting access to Humm's share register facilitated this. They would have been dumping stonks left right and centre and the humm share holders would have been left high and dry.
