I believe it is. And once interest rates start to ease its cost of funding will go down, its cash NPAT will go up, its dividend will go up and the SP should also follow up. It is very well run and flies under the radar due to low liquidity. If you can cope with that then it will reward you. I have topped up along the way and very happy to hold in my super fund where I chase franked dividends and look to retain my shares and not sell. This is my conservative group of investments and so far working very well for me and Mrs.D
