    Who in their right mind would vote for that??? when our shares are getting diluted to stuff all.
    Ye I voted yes!! let me see? my shares are diluted to stuff all but give them performance shares,they really deserve it.have done a great job since I bought into AWD.
    Its all about the major shareholders voting and taking majority over us ants
