I also cant see why these bastards arent stamped out by the "moderate " muslims.

One historical parallel i keep seeing is Queen elizabeth 1 and the attacks on the spanish gold fleet, whilst she publically condemned the British privateers whenever the spanish protested , all the time on the "QT" she was getting the lions share of the booty.
