it is probably a good business but the directors misled the shareholders by over-inflating the revenue, who else do the shareholders listen to for company announcement if not the directors or owners of the business?
maybe if the directors were honest the company would be still operating normally at its fair value price of 95c a share instead of reaching the high of $4.60 on false claims...
