Even the most steadfast holders would be shaking their heads. It doesn't help, if anything the reeking desperation should make the slightly more clued in holders start to worry. It's almost like he knows something bad is coming and is trying to convince himself it's all fine.
I'd report him but I think this sub is better left to it's own devices now. Desperation, and mournful upramping where the $2+ buyers think they can influence the market sentiment.
Learn your lessons, buy more if you want, but this is not a magical stock. Also no one is going to decide 'well, an overexcited ramper who should have been permanently banned from HC weeks ago has posted even more pointless phone screenshots, better back up the truck!'
