Yes, if a ice age does not come first, hundreds of new criminal gangs will hit the streets.
Less than 1% of Australians are criminals or cause trouble for others, what do these idiot politicians think will happen when you exclude 20% or more of the population from basic rights ?.
Will the criminal element stay under 1% of the population, or will it raise to 2 3 5 10% of the population ?
And with little gun ownership in this country, people would fight with the nasty old school stuff.
In all honesty, I would rather a ice age wiping out 20 to 50% of the population than experiencing knife and axe fights by hungry desperate people.
