I am amazed at the amount of negative posts - almost to the point of being embittered/resentful - toward this stock from people who disclose to not holding any GDN.
From this perspective, I cannot help to assume that people must have held GDN at some point in time and got burnt badly upon exit. Consequently, people vent their anger at the director as if they have somehow been mislead by the company.
From my viewpoint, the style of GDN annoucnement is always the same. Despite this, after analysing all available info, I still bought GDN because not withstanding the high potential risk, the potential return can be even higher. I just simply cannot ignore the potential upside.
Hence, until now, to be fair to the company, I cannot blame the director for some of my big realised and paper lost but rather myself because I am willingly buying and continue to hold GDN shares because the potential return is too high to ignore.
