Peteey. Going back when BHP took over Goldsworthy part of the deal was that BHP has to relinquish several exploration tenements back to the state (UMC's current iron-ore tenements). DFD Rhodes managed to obtain the relinguished tenements. FMG then took DFD to court to get the tenements but FMG lost the case. DFD then sold the tenements to UMC for cash & shares. I remember reading that it was a landholding issue why they couldnt retain all of TR3156H.
