I will just go ask bank...obviously depends in interest rate
l am in charge of my nephews money as well so would much prefer this to be all that easy...l am mid 30s so would be happy as selling house l have for them and add a million shares in a stock to set myself up
anyway will speak to a bank cause this sounds way too easy
