drpott-- If you have not read the bell Potter report from a few months ago I def recommend it.
I never pay too much attention to broker reports but I don't have a science backround so found it helpful.
At the end of the day the US Army has already funded NEU with about 23 million and more to follow.
We have about 8.5 Million cash in bank which will last us through end of 2013 so we in GREAT shape IMO.
Not many Bio-tecks have a US Army to fund them with no share of profits.
Not many Biotechs have multiple Phase II's
great Buying IMO
