Its someone who cant admit that they are completely wrong. And states what they are hoping to happen like fact. Then after the fact, tries to squirm out of it somehow, like you said hour of sour, there is no way he can try to say that his hour of power actually meant a lower low... these kinda peeps all over hotcopper.
