From BOG? To be honest i would treat any ruling with skepticism anyhow. Nobody seems to be taking the multi billion dollar claim seriously, and a favourable ruling on the $3m counterclaim will probably either get ignored by manajem or strung out into some other appeal fiasco. So any movement is likely to be cautious either way. I would say that all interest at the moment is on the prospect of Oman advancing to construction now that copper prices are so lucrative. Regarding leaks on this, well the market is already fully informed that everyone has unofficially approved it and it is only a matter of paperwork being stamped. It is up to investors to work that out and take advantage of the time disparity if they so chose.
