I say declare and price to above $5 within a few months as people really aren't trying to understand the impact of other providers PAYING TLS to use towers.
It wont be free and the return they will be allowed on the network will be at least double what they can raise debt for.
As everyone keeps saying they (ACCC) still need to leave a strong incentive for investment in regional, this is done with cash returns.
TLS is a cash machine
