u can most definitely blend 2 kaolins.
this happens all the time.
they simply get shit kaolin and throw some good quality kaolin and they get a mid product - as long as it’s “fit for purpose” nobody cares.

i’m not saying this is only what happens - u need to blend a lot of things into kaolin depending on what the end use is for. bentonite for example gives it more plasticity for instance - which is what I reckon ur clay will need to offset ur high sodium content. salt is the enemy of fired clays. notice how ur sodium content is higher than anyone else’s?
this will need to be addressed.
