Overly expansive Immigration under the left is designed to create growth and tax revenues so they can service the debt levels they ran up. They also increase their voter base. The higher they drive real-estate, the more taxes they raise to pay for a top heavy govt. The GST increase is also coming. One of the issues with this is that its inflationary. Govts dont cut the size of govts, the unions wont allow it. They will issue themselves an indexed pay rise and pension to themselves instead. This same bunch of clowns want zero emissions while doing this. You cant make this crap up. The govts are making gas and oil impossible to drive up their costs. This charade allows them to tell people that the cost of renewables is on par with fossil fuels. These guys are driving increased cost of living and taxes to pay for this. Where does that end? Badly.
