The overstayers and visa violaters should get minimum Gaol terms of say 10-20 years with severe restrictions upon parole. perhaps the visa violaters should be automatically deported upon conclusion of sentence or if deportation is not possible, put in maximum security solitary confinement for the rest of their life,
Extraordinary rendition and lawful methods of torture should be considered to get out allegations of other visa violaters, overstayers and misbehaving foreigners so even more can be deported or gaoled or tortured for more confessions.
