You received your reply before the year-long partnership agreement had expired, so at that stage management were able to tell you it was ongoing.
Things have now changed and the partnership agreement has or is about to end. BrainChip should therefore announce whether the partnerships is ongoing or not. It is simple as that.
Readers here can ponder the possible reasons why BrainChip has not released an announcement to clarify the situation...
