Agree entirely but it is a stretch to imply from what was released that they entered a Deed of Arrangement/Contract as this is a specific form of agreement or contract with specific legal and statutory implications including taxation considerations. There would also be the question of where was it entered ie Japan, the USA or Australia and what law was to apply and what jurisdiction could be called upon in the event of a dispute. But who knows in reality from what we are privy to but I would not expect this was a Deed.
