Ok, got 3 thumbs up, take this as a YES.
Knowing that the big guys use computer programs for their games we could assume that the buy / sell orders with unusual randomly selected numbers are theirs and those multiples of 10k or 100k retail orders.
Looking at 13c, 12.5c and 12c orders it seems that there are a lot of retail orders waiting to catch cheaper ones. Maybe that's the reason why they atm won't go lower than 13c to avoid to sell too many of their shares into retail hands. Pretty sure they know which orders are retail and which are brokers'.
Let's see how low they will go.
