Presumably they are lining up all the ducks in a row for it to be sorted in an AGM. I am out of the loop as I did not participate in Oz Yellow offering, I have just been monitoring the ASIC documents for the company, which was last 05/06/2023.

In relation to EU grants, this document came out in June 2023. Basically the "European Sovereignty Fund" is now the "Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform" (STEP for short).

The funding is somewhat being hi-jacked by technology projects which are to modernise methods to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Page 8 it describe what the existing programme that is being amalgamated looks like.

This is not confirmed to be the same for Raw Material / Stategic Projects - but it highlights that EU prefers a combination of private and grants in order to meet objectives - there need to be commercial realty to the projects. Note for instance the ERMA have a list of member both in Raw Materials, Advanced & Intermediate, Final Product, Recycling, so there are a lot potential funding applicants.

We are seeing a clear shortfall of funding compared to the US Inflation Reduction Act, but his seems to need Italy, France, Germany to sort out their priorities.

Assuming funds are granted, surely they will be quarantined to the Greenland Project.
So any CR would be dealing with the existing projects - and there are many.
