The company said it was in a strong position to capitalise on advances made to it from third parties while the scheme implementation agreement (SIA) with Magnitogorsk was in place.
Flinders said its fresh third party discussions would include infrastructure access, project financing, ore marketing and offtake arrangements as well as possible joint venture or corporate proposals.
