Britain has 23000 under watch (probably a similar per capita number in Australia ), you really think the criminal justice system can protect citizens from that quantity of militant Islamic radicals ?
It has got to a stage where the militant radicals need to be classed as enemy combatants and treated as such and incarcerated as current odds are in England that once every month 15 people will me blown up by one or more of those 23,000.
Is it worth keeping those 23,000 walking around on the streets ?
