I don't see ADN as being held back. It is still in the preliminary stages with the potential there, hence the current shareholders. The general market though is probably more cautious and waiting for more progress before commiting plus any company sitting below 1 cent would not register on many investors radar.
The scoping study due out this quarter with forecast development/costing etc. and possibly offtake agreements confirmed will give a much more solid picture as an investment. With that should hopefully come a share price increase and market awareness.
Don't think you can expect a great deal of share price activity though until actual sales begin, unless of course there is a HPA fever like Lithium or Cobalt had.
