These business must be valued by managers at their market value and not the ECP internal valuation as the board have obviously been hindered by the Majority shareholder to " keep the outlook bleak" for the TAKEOVER.
Also, in its statement ecp refers to itself as " Internet investment company" - well Kezza - we stumped up the cash for you to invest it - nice of you to bail us out when its just hitting profit.
I think i will reject your kind offer at 0.55c and stick it out - I bought for the long term - not to line your pockets.
