Sounds crazy I know but with the lack of news of the Hakuryu 11's activities you can only assume from Phils last update that the rig has indeed been left idle (ready stacked) over the Christmas break. According to Phil the rig was due on site third week of December (which rigzone seemed to confirm) but on current estimates don't need to make a equity decision until Mid Jan.Start of drill. Sounding like a broken record I know but I am not expecting news on Indo drills for a week or two yet. IMO. Surely a cargo has been lifted from Galoc in the meantime how about an update on that!
