This is my point I made earlier Smac... If our sales are going to be internet based around the world including Australia & New Zealand why our we diluting the existing shareholders by 75% to purchase an Australian & New Zealand Sports Drink Company. Wouldn't it be better for the existing shareholders to subscribe for additional shares at 1.5c to fund Wellfully & BG?
