Clyde.......reviewing my notes on GOT. Part of the GOT story is Got's acquiring license to these tenements was a coup of sorts. The coup being GOT got the tenements before GEMCO. And as for GEMCO, the story continues, it was their oversight not to lock up those tenements. Is that true?
In your earlier post you mention that for the TOs, this is not a money issue because the TOs are looked after by the Gov and GEMCO. Clearly, GEMCO would have little interest in GOT setting up shop next store. So does that imply the Tos and GEMCO together don't want GOT to procede? If Gemco is on GRoote Eylandt and in operation, it seems difficult to believe that Groote can't be far behind. Some arrangement would have to be made.
