difficult to understand what the intent is, but longer term it's irrelevant to where the SP will be in 12 months, 24 months, 36 months and even 48 months.
shorts could be in place just to churn away wit the intent to picke up weak holders.
13 cent price range today is good money for hedge funds to churn the stock.
imo its definitely painting a picture that SP is going lower, whether it does is another matter.
