Please, can we stop bickering and return to the content of this magnificent OP and just take a hot minute to consider this gentleman's choice of terminology?
I couldn't care less about what Shareman, Wegian, The Dean et al (and their earlier iteration, that flying swine or whateverhisnamewas) have to say about BRN because, in my view, their words were only ever designed to psychologically manipulate holders into separating themselves from their holdings at a bargain basement price to be snapped up by whomever those unhealthily and inexplicably obsessed (for non-holding nay-saying harbingers of BRN doom that doth protest too much) posters may or may not have been beholden to/commissioned by to promote such a campaign.
So, please, let's not sully this excellent thread with mention of their sow-eared words again when here we have the silk purse of a direct quote from the personal account of Suk Lee, poached along with several other huge industry leaders by Intel from his 13 year tenure at TSMC, the indisputable King of the industry, in a throwing down of the gauntlet to leviathan rivals, Samsung & TSMC, by Intel who have unequivocally and boldly bet the farm on this enormous power play.
Suk Lee in his 13 years as an exec at the world's largest and most successful and profitable fab co has unequivocally identified BRN as contributing to Intel's IFS IP Portfolio "a very unique set of neuromorphic AI IPs"
In 13 years ar TSMC I would imagine Suk Lee has seen it all. And what's that he said about our BRN? Unique?
But not just unique... "Very unique".
Now that's one hell of a tautology because "unique", on its own, ultimately means being the only one of its kind - its the quintessential incomparable adjective.
Because a thing either is or isn't the only one of its kind.
So, when you're Suk Lee, knowing what you know and seeing what you've seen (it all) and you add "very" to an incomparable adjective in describing BRN'S neuromorphic AI IP... then I don't need to hear another word from those aforementioned clueless numbskulls, some of whom I quite distinctly remember lecturing us all in the "BRN competitive landscape" thread discussions, berating any suggestion put forward regarding the potential superiority of BRN's IP.
Can we please now agree that Suk Lee has surely and decisively ended that debate once and for all?
When you are unique, there is no competitor to that position.
But, in case anyone needs further convincing on this analysis and, in doing so, perhaps also answering the question constantly posited by those other manipulative numbskulls at that Jester's establishment that publishes those endless clickbaity (and often contradicting) articles about BRN's shareprice fluctuations: why has BRN'S shareprice risen/fallen X%?
Well, maybe the above words from Suk Lee triggered a delayed, but perfectly explicable and appropriate, market response.
And when said jesters' establishment attempts to water it down as some sort of throwaway comment please also consider the following corroborating words, straight from the INTEL Foundry Services President's horse's mouth in relation to its selection of Brainchip to join Intel's IFS Accelerator ecosystem alliance program (and do google and confirm for yourselves how selective Intel is in extending such invitations, with only a handful of quality alliance partners inducted):

So, if I'm reading this right, we've just effectively opened a storefront for our IP pitched on Intel's doorstep, on their dime, utilising all their resources, reputation and laurels and exponentially leveraging the validation that attaches from that approval and alignment with yet another iconic industry name...
How much value would and should the market that can appreciate it, place on this? Its not revenue in and of itself, but it's beyond priceless for very obvious reasons. Chris Stevens must be thrilled with what this will do for his KPI'S.
So, what does this all mean for BRN shareholders in 2023?
Who knows what way the wind may blow (and us LTH'ers sure have had an interesting journey thus far) but when Intel, no less, describes your little ASX holding as amongst "the brightest minds and broadest capabilities" providing "high quality IP" to facilitate designing "the next generation of semiconductor products" with "skilled engineering talent and resources" for a customer base that Intel will serve up to us on a silver platter to purchase our IP, then I'm personally optimistic that it just might be a (very) happy new year, indeed.
So, good job, BRN team - keep plugging away at it - onwards and upwards in 2023.
