BGS advised in latest ANN that the Company intends to call a meeting to be held as soon as practical at which shareholders will be asked to approve various resolutions - one major item on the proposed agenda being to "Adopt a new Constitution" - Fear entities securities will remain in suspension until adopted - any contrary views???
