He also talked about BIND014 system. They failed in the BIND-Docetaxel which had nasty side effects in phase 1. You can compare to our DEP-DOX to see huge difference in term of hematologic toxicities . I think the main reason is that BIND system using uncontrolled PEG stealth. The layer made the nanoparticle unstable and bigger, so the whole system was getting easier to fall apart once circulating in blood stream.
