Close is not something that counts in regards to devices or medicines and this doesn't solve other issues unless SPL says it does in regards to TGA.
UK packaging in regards to age and claims IMO has a high probability of needing change regardless.
It will be a economic decision at some point to see if current distribution model is worthwhile and still have to find active distribution in other area .
