To think a meme caused all these posts, some of which are just extraordinary and yet these people must have jobs, be able to feed themselves and generally function in society.

The meme is correct, nobody has ever invaded in the name of satan, or any other name or permutation of this mythical being, who is really the human id personified.

On the other hand the number who have died as a direct process of Christian imperial conversion and annexation would be many tens-of-millions. It's very difficult to seperate greed, power, the lust for other people's land and possessions against the pernicious forces of Christian conversion used as a tool to subdue permanently via cultural genocide.
