thanks for that Nursery. If CNP did sell CER holding as a block to a single bidder, that bidder would then hold greater than 50% of CER, and could rapidly move to full ownership through a hostile takeover...with already a controlling interest, they would be in a supreme position for this? Get CER while it is v cheap.....Speculation only.
