there's no question about this board. it has to go. shareholders will decide at the EGM. My question to clee is why he waited until share price dropped 1/10. and suddenly woke up and call 249D. key date here is 22 Nov 2022 everything got initiated on that date. I will bring out my findings soon to the table.
