There seems to be such advantages for monopolistic big pharma and regulators like TGA escalating approvals for big pharma whilst making the competition wait unreasonably. It seems no change since Morrison PM/Secret Health Minister days of SIGNALLING and the ALP CONTINUES bias towards the likes of Pfizer with Pfizer Australia donations being very persuasive
