I think that huge exchange of shares on January28 was because someone anticipated pending price action.
Over half of that 27m traded so far today.
Hopefully all or most bought by those looking at a longer term hold with Wilson reiterating its’ target of 31c on December 20 as per @everglass post today [here], and @Saragian taking a leap way back in mid-October and going half a cent higher as long as the close stayed over 16c.:

Todays solid news will, I think, lead to more positive fundamental action in the very near future especially as the medical market as well as the stock matket was pre-informed:
