if there was millions in cash why would a company go to public seeking money? Rather than cash balance, shouldn't the question be do they have cash generating machine with them, aka revenue generation? do they have a proprietary software? do they have strong customer base? what is their cost to revenue percentage? etc etc please do the research but don't go scare mongering.
