Looks like a few agree with you here, extended prospectus date says it all, cant raise the funds by the sounds. Plus when you have a comparison in AS1 trading at 1/5th of the value of E33 you might as well buy AS1 which has a proven track record, established business, low EV, increasing revenues and cash flow positive.
