I tend to agree. Been here long enough to know managements track record and unfortunately they aren’t aligned with shareholders and worse they have openly shown an utter disregard for us. That can’t be argued. When investing I feel good management is critical. Unfortunately I didn’t do enough due diligence with this mob and just liked the product/story. Look where that got me/us. With this history, regardless of a good quarter or two of financials in its current form this company is hardly investable. Certainly need to up there game significantly, consistently and for an extended period of time to win my trust back. I own 2/5ths of nothing and is a tiny portion of the share holdings so doesn’t affect me a great deal. It’s a flip of a coin to either take the CGT loss and move on or just let it ride to remind me of a lesson learnt in investing to not do so again and hope to be proven wrong at some stage. Maybe they brush the dust off the prisma and do something with it.
If you have bought into the covid testing story I’d say buyer beware.
